Returns & Exchanges Policy

Welcome to Sérim Glo Skincare. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when returning or exchanging products.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Receipt: Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Personalized Products: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Health and Safety Products: For hygiene reasons, certain products like face masks, sponges, and opened skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at ca**@se******.com or call/WhatsApp us at +233 (0)50 591 5751 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Pack the items securely in their original packaging, include the RA number, and ship them to our return address:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative product.
  • Process: Follow the return process outlined above to return the item you wish to exchange. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional shipping cost.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at ca**@se******.com or +233 (0)50 591 5751.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item for our records.
